New Construction Inspection

There are three phases during the time of the home building process where inspecting the home is vital. The first phase involves inspecting the foundation and formwork before any concrete is placed. This inspection ensures that the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC lines and pipes are placed correctly. All concrete reinforcement is installed to the approved plans and local building codes. The second phase is the pre drywall inspection. This inspection is a crucial step in the construction process of a new home or building. It occurs after the framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) rough-ins have been completed but before the drywall or other wall finishes are installed. Finally the third Phase or the final inspection takes place once the construction is complete, and the building is ready for occupancy. This comprehensive inspection covers all aspects of the property, including structural integrity, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, and finishes.

11 Month Warranty Inspection

An 11-month warranty inspection, also known as a builder's warranty inspection or new home warranty inspection, typically occurs around the 11th month after the completion of construction on a new home. Many builders offer a one-year warranty on newly constructed homes, during which they are responsible for addressing any defects or issues that may arise. An 11-month warranty inspection provides homeowners with an opportunity to identify and address any issues covered under the builder's warranty before it expires. By conducting a thorough inspection and documenting any defects, homeowners can ensure that their new home remains in good condition and that any necessary repairs are made promptly.
